YOUR TASKS • Organize, conduct, and document safety briefings and site inspections on Nordex construction sites • Advise and support all stakeholders on construction sites in all HSE-related matters • Conduct incident investigations and define necessary corrective actions • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and further develop the HSE management system • Implement customer specific HSE requirements and ensure compliance • Review documents such as qualification matrices or RAMS • Process HSE tickets and provide clear follow up communication • Participate in meetings with customers, external service providers, and authorities YOUR PROFILE • Several years of experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist on construction sites or equivalent • Completed training in occupational safety or a technical profession is an advantage • Strong assertiveness, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset • Very good English skills and good German skills (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and wind farms across Germany • Physically fit and certified for working at heights • Valid class B driver’s license

The PM HSE department works to harmonize methodologies and processes worldwide – ensuring consistency across projects in different countries such as Brazil, Germany, and South Africa. Having established a global PM Management System in collaboration with our regional teams, we are now entering the next phase: auditing its implementation, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously enhancing our global standards.
You will work exclusively within Germany and benefit from rotation systems for on-site work, either 3 weeks on / 1 week off and 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off. All costs related to your assignments, such as accommodation near wind farm sites and rental cars, are fully covered by Nordex. In der 1.600 m² großen Trainingshalle, in der auch diverse technische Komponenten der Nordex-Windenergieanlagen sowie zwei komplette Gondeln vorhanden sind, werden unsere Teilnehmer (m/w/d) an GWO Basic Safety Trainings und GWO Advanced Safety Trainings geschult. Zur Ergänzung unseres Trainerteams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Trainer für Arbeitsicherheit (m/w/d) insbesondere für den Bereich Working at Heights und Advanced Rescue Training: DEINE AUFGABEN • Durchführen von GWO Basic Safety (BST) und Advanced Rescue Trainings (ART) • Anwendung unterschiedlicher Lernformate, zur Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Dienstleistern (national und international) • Produktverantwortung für festgelegte Schulungsprogramme und Trainings • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen, Experten sowie internen und externen Kunden • Überwachung der Gültigkeiten des Trainingsequipments sowie der Sachkundeprüfung gem.
